In light of the evolving COVID-19 pandemic and the UK Government’s latest advice, we have put in place a number of measures to ensure that we are still able to support you, whilst also looking out for the health of our staff, customers and the general public as a whole.
As of 5pm on Monday 23rd March 2020, we have switched to a Virtual Office with all of our staff working remotely. This is something that we have been preparing for since the start of the outbreak and have been progressively moving towards over the past two weeks, so we hope that the transition will be as smooth as possible.
From an operational point of view, we continue to follow Government advice and the protocols that we have already put in place. We will continue to review these accordingly over the coming days and weeks.
Due to temporary closures within our supply chain, there will inevitably be some delays experienced, however we will seek to minimise the impact of these wherever possible. We will also aim to be as flexible as possible and adapt to our customers changing needs through this time.
We appreciate that during this time the progress of some on-site projects may be slowed or halted. However, please rest assured that our sales and technical teams are still on hand to assist during this time. This includes the pricing, planning and design of your project(s) to help ensure that progress can still be made despite the current challenges facing us all.
